Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. To make the enchilada sauce, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the flour, chili powder, cumin, and oregano and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the broth and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
