Delicious and Spicy Korean Fried Chicken Recipe

Korean fried chicken, or KFC, is a modern take on traditional crispy fried chicken. This recipe adds a spicy kick to the already mouth-watering dish. In this article, we will guide you through the steps of making the perfect spicy Korean fried chicken with a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

Ingredients

To prepare this delicious recipe, you will need:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Dip each chicken wing in the flour mixture, making sure it's coated well. Place the wings on the prepared baking tray.
4. Bake the wings for 45 minutes or until they're crispy and golden.
