Ingredients: Whole grain bread, ripe avocado, salt, pepper, olive oil, chilli flakes (optional)
Directions: Toast bread, mash avocado and spread it onto the toast. Drizzle olive oil over the top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add chilli flakes to your liking. Slice, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients: Frozen mixed berries, banana, almond milk, honey, granola
Directions: Blend mixed berries, banana, and almond milk until smooth. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with granola and honey.

Ingredients: Scrambled eggs, whole wheat tortilla, black beans, avocado, salsa
Directions: Heat up black beans and scrambled eggs. Spread avocado onto a whole wheat tortilla, top with black beans and eggs. Add salsa for extra flavour. Roll and serve!

Ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey, granola, fruit
